Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Happy Page service operated by Reset, LLC. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not allow any third party to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
  • Publish or transmit content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors.
  • Infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, privacy, or other right.
  • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws.
  • Generate, post, or solicit fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fake credentials.
  • Impersonate any person or business or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or otherwise compromise security or integrity of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive source code or training data from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service or your assigned phone number.
  • Attempt to port, transfer, or assign the platform phone number to any other carrier, platform, or person.
  • Use the Service to compete with Reset or to build a similar product.
  • Interfere with or overload the Service or any network or infrastructure used to provide it.

2. Restricted Industries

The following industries are not permitted on the Service without prior written approval:

  • Cannabis, hemp, CBD, kratom, and similar regulated substances.
  • Firearms, ammunition, and weapons.
  • Adult content and services.
  • Gambling, sports betting, and lotteries.
  • Multi-level marketing, payday lending, debt collection, and crypto investment schemes.
  • Any business prohibited by Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy, Stripe's restricted businesses list, or applicable AI provider use policies.

3. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account, with or without notice. No refunds are provided for accounts terminated for AUP violations. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

4. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected AUP violations to info@happypage.ai with the URL, screenshots, and a description of the issue.
