Billing, Trial & Refund Policy

1. Credit Card Required

A valid credit or debit card is required at signup. We use Stripe to securely store and process your card. You authorize Reset, LLC to charge the card for all fees described below.

2. 7-Day Free Trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged the then-current monthly fee (currently $89/month).

2A. EU / EEA / UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Reset, LLC (16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958 · info@happypage.ai) of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your free trial and requesting immediate access to the Service during the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly consent to performance beginning before the period expires and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully supplied (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into your national law, and Regulation 36 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your trial conversion until cancelled. You will receive a receipt for each charge by email.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access until the period ends; you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, unused features, or unused time.

6. Chargebacks

Disputing a legitimate charge with your card issuer (a "chargeback") may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Please contact info@happypage.ai first; we will work with you to resolve billing issues directly.

7. Phone Number on Cancellation

Your platform phone number is provisioned and owned by Reset, LLC. On cancellation, the number is released back to our pool and may be reassigned. The number cannot be ported, transferred, or assigned to another carrier, platform, or person.

8. Price Changes

We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept a price change you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

9. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

10. Failed Payments

If a charge fails, we will retry and notify you. If we cannot collect after a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate your account and stop publishing your Happy Page.
