AI & Automated Content Policy

Happy Page uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate, optimize, and publish content on your behalf. This policy explains how AI is used and your responsibilities.
1. How We Use AI
- Auto-generate page copy, headlines, service descriptions, FAQs, and SEO content for your Happy Page.
- Auto-publish posts, articles, and updates on an automated schedule ("set it and forget it"). You will not be asked to approve individual posts.
- Submit and refresh your business information across third-party AI assistants and search systems including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, and other directories.
- Triage calls, send auto-replies to missed calls and texts, and summarize messages in your inbox.
2. Customer Responsibility
AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information published about your business, including services, pricing, hours, licensing, certifications, claims, warranties, and any regulated content. You should review your live page regularly and notify us promptly of any inaccuracies at info@happypage.ai.
2A. EU AI Act Transparency (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)
Consistent with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, Reset, LLC discloses the following:
- AI-generated content labeling. Page copy, summaries, FAQs, blog posts, and similar text on a Happy Page may be generated or substantially modified by an AI system. Where machine-readable labeling of AI-generated content becomes technically standardized, Reset will mark synthetic content accordingly.
- Automated voice and SMS replies. Auto-replies sent through the Service to missed calls and inbound messages are produced by an AI system. End users interacting with these auto-replies are informed that they are communicating with an automated system.
- No prohibited or high-risk AI uses. Reset does not use AI for biometric identification or categorization, emotion recognition in the workplace or education, social scoring, predictive policing, untargeted scraping of facial images, or any other practice prohibited by Article 5 of the EU AI Act. The Service is not a "high-risk AI system" within the meaning of Annex III.
- Human oversight. Customers retain control over their published Happy Page and can disable automated publishing, voice/SMS auto-reply, or specific content categories at any time from their dashboard.
3. No Guarantee of AI Discovery, Ranking, or Recommendation
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, and other AI assistants are independent products operated by their respective companies. Reset, LLC has no affiliation with, control over, or endorsement from any of these companies. We cannot and do not guarantee that your business will be indexed, recommended, ranked, cited, or shown by any AI system, search engine, directory, or other third-party platform.
4. Prohibited Inputs and Topics
You agree not to use the Service to publish or request AI generation of:
- Medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice that requires a licensed professional.
- Deceptive, false, misleading, or fraudulent claims (including fake credentials, fake reviews, or fake testimonials).
- Content impersonating another person or business.
- Discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Regulated claims about supplements, treatments, financial returns, or similar without proper substantiation and disclosures.
- Content infringing third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
5. Training & Model Providers
Reset, LLC does not train its own foundation models on your Customer Content. Third-party AI providers we use (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Microsoft) process inputs according to their own terms; we configure their APIs to disable model training where that option is available.
6. Automated Decisions
The Service does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about your end users using AI alone. Call routing and auto-replies are operational features and do not constitute profiling under GDPR Article 22.
7. Removal & Moderation
We may remove, edit, or refuse to publish AI-generated content that violates this policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or third-party rights, with or without notice.
8. Reporting Issues
To report inaccurate, misleading, or harmful AI-generated content, email info@happypage.ai. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
