Reset, LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the Happy Page service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

1. Submitting a Takedown Notice

To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., URL).
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Reset, LLC may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who provided the original notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages.
