SMS / Messaging Terms
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These SMS / Messaging Terms apply to text messages sent or received through the Happy Page service operated by Reset, LLC using Twilio as our carrier-of-record. By using the messaging features of Happy Page you agree to these terms and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. A2P 10DLC Compliance
Outbound business messaging to U.S. mobile numbers is sent over A2P 10DLC routes. Each Happy Page account operates under Reset, LLC's brand and a campaign filed with The Campaign Registry. Customers are responsible for keeping their business profile accurate so we can maintain registration.
2. Consent (TCPA)
You must obtain prior express consent from recipients before sending non-emergency automated text messages, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and FCC rules. Your intake forms, call scripts, and signup flows must clearly disclose:
- That the recipient will receive text messages from your business via Happy Page.
- The approximate frequency of messages.
- That message and data rates may apply.
- How to opt out (reply STOP) and get help (reply HELP).
- A link to your privacy policy and these messaging terms.
3. STOP, HELP, and Opt-Out Handling
Replies of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT automatically opt the recipient out of further messages on that number. Replies of HELP, INFO trigger an automatic response with contact information. You must not attempt to circumvent or override opt-outs.
4. Carrier Disclosures
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Platform Phone Number — No Porting
The phone number assigned to your Happy Page is provisioned and owned by Reset, LLC through Twilio. The number is a platform-only service feature and cannot be ported, transferred, or assignedto any other carrier, platform, account, or person under any circumstance. On cancellation, the number is released back to the pool and may be reassigned.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not send messages that:
- Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other law.
- Relate to prohibited content categories under CTIA Messaging Principles or Twilio's Messaging Policy (e.g. SHAFT — Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco — and other restricted categories without proper age-gating and approval).
- Are phishing, fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to evade carrier filtering.
- Contain malware or malicious links.
7. Recordkeeping
You must retain records of consent for each recipient for at least four years and provide them to Reset, LLC on request.
8. Suspension
We may suspend messaging on your account immediately if we receive material complaints, carrier filtering actions, or evidence of non-compliance, with or without notice. Suspensions do not entitle you to a refund.
