This Privacy Policy explains how Reset, LLC ("Reset", "we") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Happy Page service ("Service"). Reset is the data controller for information about account holders and visitors. Where Reset processes information about your end users (e.g. callers, leads) on your behalf, Reset acts as a data processor — see the Data Processing Addendum.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, business name, role.
- Billing data: billing name, address, card brand and last four digits, transaction history. Card numbers are processed by Stripe; we do not store them.
- Business profile: services, hours, locations, photos, and other information you submit for publication.
- Call and SMS data: caller phone number, timestamps, duration, transcripts, and (where lawful and disclosed) recordings, handled by Twilio.
- Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referrer.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
- AI prompts and outputs: business information submitted to third-party AI assistants and generated drafts.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Publish your business information to your Happy Page and to third-party AI assistants, directories, and search systems.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
- Communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Analyze and improve performance, security, and reliability.
3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK / Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Reset processes your personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the Swiss FADP, mapped per purpose:
- Providing and operating the Service, account management, billing. Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Publishing your business information to your Happy Page and to third-party AI assistants, directories, and search systems. Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Securing the Service, preventing fraud and abuse, debugging, product improvement, aggregated analytics. Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (operating a safe and reliable B2B SaaS).
- Marketing, optional cookies, and similar tracking. Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (withdrawable at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
- Tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, and other statutory obligations. Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We do not rely on Art. 6(1)(d) (vital interests).
4. How We Share Information
We share information with:
- Service providers / sub-processors including Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony/SMS), Supabase and Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), and AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Microsoft for content generation and indexing.
- Third-party AI assistants and directories to which we publish your business information.
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CCPA/CPRA.
5. Call Recording & Two-Party Consent
If call recording is enabled on your account, you are responsible for providing any consent disclosures required by federal and state law (including two-party-consent states such as California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Washington). We provide an audio disclosure that you may enable; you remain responsible for compliance.
6. Retention
We retain account and business profile data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Call/SMS metadata is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion or law requires longer retention.
7. International Transfers
Reset processes personal data in the United States. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not been the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the UK government, or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), we rely on appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, including:
- The European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021), incorporated into our agreements with sub-processors.
- For UK data transfers, the UK Information Commissioner's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU SCCs.
- For Swiss data transfers, the SCCs as adapted by the FDPIC.
- Reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the DPF, and the Swiss-US DPF for sub-processors that are certified under those frameworks.
We conduct Transfer Impact Assessments where required and implement supplementary technical, contractual, and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit and at rest) to protect transferred data. You may request a copy of the relevant transfer mechanism by emailing info@happypage.ai.
7A. EU Representative & Data Protection Officer
Reset, LLC is established in the United States and currently does not meet the threshold requiring designation of an EU representative under Article 27 GDPR or a UK representative under Article 27 UK GDPR, nor the threshold requiring appointment of a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR. EEA, UK, and Swiss data subjects may contact Reset directly for all data-protection matters at info@happypage.ai.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
- Port your data to another service.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information; you may still submit a request.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8A. Additional Rights for EEA / UK / Swiss Data Subjects
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you additionally have the following rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and Swiss FADP:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).
- Right to erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR).
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling (Art. 21 GDPR).
- Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22 GDPR). Reset does not make such decisions.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority — see the list of EEA authorities at edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en; UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk; Swiss residents may contact the FDPIC at edoeb.admin.ch.
We will respond to verified requests within one month of receipt, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR, and may extend the period by a further two months for complex or numerous requests after notifying you.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
10. Breach Notification
If we become aware of a personal data breach that materially affects you, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law, including (where applicable) within 72 hours under Article 33 GDPR.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
